Mickey and family,
Tom was one of the first people that I met before moving to Minot. I told Brad, he is "really a nice guy, down to earth, easy to converse with". He is going to be very much missed. I am sorry that I couldn't be there today for the service, just know my heart was there with you.

I am truly sorry to hear about Tommy. We were neighbors for only a year in the pipeline housing in Viking, but what a great year it was. Tommy was always a little stinker and pulled lots of stuff on all of us but it was always in good fun. I hope the good Lord will enjoy all the pranks he has ahead of him with Tommy. He will have his hands full. God Bless you Tommy. Thank You for being a part of our lives. Vance

Dear Family of Tom:

I am better known as "Florida-Gal", I trucked with Tom and all the boys back in the very early days 1977 to 1982. We all hauled grain back and forth from the Dakota's to Duluth and Superior WI. I remember Tom as being one of the most delightful and funny people I've ever met. he was always telling jokes and "lighting up a room" I have many fond memories of Tom and so many of the other guys I trucked with. I drove for Ervan Juhl out of Bosemont ND.
I wish to extend my sincere condolences to his family for their very sad loss. He will be sorely missed I am sure. You are all in my prayers as is Tom. God Bless you all. Maria LeBlanc

Mickey- I wish I could be with you in this time of need. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and know that I will be sitting right next to you! Time and miles have a way of separating friends. You will always be in my heart.
friends always,
Connie

From: Pammy (Melvie)Otto/Viking

I am so shocked to hear of my gradeschool friend Tommy from Viking. Tommy and I were supposed to sing a duet together at the Lutheran Church in Viking at a Christmas program when we were young, and it ended up in a fist fight on stage in front of the whole congregation, my mother said the church was packed and everyone was laughing out loud at us. It all started when I tried to help Tommy with his forgotten words, and he pushed me, so I pushed him back and then we started slugging eachother untill the pastor broke the fight up. We never did finish our christmas song. Tommy was one of the best friends I had growing up, as he was always there to protect you in times of need, and the pther times he was busy planning his next tricks on people. My mother used to call him " Leave it to beavor". I will always have fond memories of growing up with Tommy and will never forget him. Pam Otto(Melvie) now in Baudette

A message to my friend Tom. May the wind always be at your back, the sun always upon your face. And the winds of destiny to carry you aloft to dance with the stars.
