Memories for Raymond From: LAVERN&ANNA TOFSTAD --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Was saddened to hear of Uncle Raymond's passing, but happy that he is now with Jesus and all our loved ones who have gone on before him. He was a very special man - we always loved going to "Raymond & Ruby's", and we all knew we could go talk to Uncle Raymond if we had a problem. He was a kind, sweet godly man, and I can still see the smile he always had on his face. Sending you hugs and lots of love to y'all during this time of sadness. Much love - Connie & Paul --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: coleen Irwin Strilcov They must all be having a great reunion in the heavens, in my growing up years he was and is a special uncle, never forget all the great haircuts, looking back that must be why I have thick hair and O yes all those straight bangs. loving you all Coleen --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Connie & Paul Bonk Loved Uncle Raymond. He was like a 2nd father to us (Clifford & Frances' kids) growing up. Many happy memories of time spent at Raymond and Ruby's home. He was a wonderful example of a man who loved God, his family, and the good earth. I'm sure there is a great celebration going on in heaven with all our loved ones who are already there. Much love to all the family, prayers and comfort to y'all. Connie (& Paul) Bonk --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: John Bannister While working at ManorCare, I had the opportunity to meet
and get to know Ruby and Ray Newman - both genuinely "good"
people! I consider it a privilege to have cared for Ruby and
Ray and hopefully provided comfort and well being for them during
their last years. They will certainly be missed by all who knew
them! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Connie Sambor My condolences to you all at this time. I loved seeing that you had the Booth Bros song " Look for me at Jesus Feet" at the service, a great song and testimony to your dad's life. I am sure he and your mom are singing around the throne. I know you will miss him very much and I pray for comfort for you all as you say a earthly farewell to your dad who is now a citizen of heaven. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Duane and Sharon Dokken Jim and Joann, --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
