Memories for Rachel

From: Sheri Nible, Kansas City, KS

To Kim, Marlan, Judy & Families.
I share in your sorrow at the loss of your Mom. She was definitely one of a kind and like a second Mom to me. Her and your Dad always made us feel like one of their family. I have no words to express my sympathy other than, Jesus needed another angel to Grace Heaven and he knew she would be the best! She earned her wings of gold a long time ago. Now, she can walk, and talk among her loved ones that went on before her without any restrictions and no pain. What a joyous reunion that must have been.
Rest in peace sweet Rachel, you have definitely earned it!
love you all,
Sheri

So sorry to hear your mom passed away. She was definitely one of a kind - and oh what pie that woman made. I was always proud of my pies, until I tasted one of Rachel's!!! She told me the secret was lard (I didn't even know at that time you could still buy lard and I wasn't about to go killing no pig to make pie crust!!!) We will always remember her laugh and twinkle in her eye.

Keep your memories close to heart.

I got the pleasure of knowing Rachel during her stay at the home. She was such an easy going, loving woman. I enjoyed working with her and seeing her smile. I am sorry for your loss.
