Hi,
My name is Joe N Wilkie III and I'm from Belcourt, N.D and I now live in Harvey, N.D and I'm a Engineer for CP Rail and I just wanted to say that I knew Luke through the years that he drove cab from Harvey to Portal. I have made several trips with Luke and they were always good trips with Luke he was a very fun person to visit and talk with in the cab. When Luke was called to get a crew we knew that if Luke was coming we were gonna be ok in any type of weather.I wish I could have had a chance to visit Luke away from work I bet we would of had a nice time visiting and you know thats the impression I got from Luke that he liked to visit with people. Its bee awhile since I have seen Luke and I will say a pray for Luke My Friend. Before I go Train Conductor Troy Whetzel says goodbye to Luke. And goodbye from BLET Local 160 Harvey N.D. God Bless You Luke
