Please accept our sympathy
for your loss, I know we didn't keep in touch, but I thought of her all the time. We spent alot of time together in Washburn, coffee, running, doing krafts, etc. Everytime I went to Minot, I would look around hoping to see her. It is a shame that I never kept in touch. Again, we are so sorry for your loss.

Bill and family;

I remember well the hours we spent working on cataloging books. Kathy was a wonder and I'm sure still a library wizard till the end. We will all miss her and that wonderful smile and laugh.

Love, Laila Adsero, her Washburn library buddy

I just found out today Sandy about Kathy's death from breast cancer. The last time I saw her was when I was in Minot for the 30th Minot High School Reunion. Kathy, although undergoing chemotherapy, was in high spirits. She always was a person to look on the bright side and her personality sparkled. Her bravery was remarkable. I remember the days we walked home from Jim Hill Junior High school and went over to Lola's house to talk and listen to records. We shared so many good times. Kathy was a truly wonderful person and I want to express my sincere sympathy to you and pray that God be with you in this difficult time.

I had the distinct privilege and pleasure to work with Kate at Choice Hotels. Her spunk, drive and positive attitude where highly contagious. I am sorry to her of her passing. I will always remember my time with her in the Customer Relations Department and sleep easy knowing that she is watching over everyone she loves in peace. Kate - you were/are a terrific lady. Thank you for inspiring me to be a better person. You were truly a gift!

Jesse, Bill, and family:

I was shocked and saddened to recently learn of Kathy's illness and death. My heart and deepest sympathies go out to both of you in this time. Growing up , I spent almost as much time at your house as probably Jesse spent at mine. Kathy was always there with a smile, a kind word of encouragement, and a helping hand for her "boys", which by the grace of God included me for a number of years, no matter what mischief or scrapes we had managed to get ourselves into. I am grateful for knowing her and you, and know that she will be missed.
