Memories for Esther From: Carol (Bergman) Martin I remember Esther from when she worked for my mom and dad
in Bergman's Cafe. She always was such a beautiful lady. Always
had a kind word. Heaven will be enriched with her presence. Our
thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Stan De La Cour What a joy it has been to know Grandma Esther! Married into the Carlson/Brooks family in 1983, I had the honor to know her and to have visited with her a few times while home from Japan. I loved her. She was the Grandmother I never knew. I will miss her smile and humor but knowing that she is with her Lord Jesus now, who is holder her and giving her more life than she ever knew is a wonderful blessing. May His Peace fill her family with the joy that is only from His Hand. Thank you. Stan De La Cour --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Faith De La Cour Grandma Esther was a special lady to us all! We have fond memories of our visits with her through out the years. When my family was last in Kenmare, we all left feeling sad that we live and work so far away(Japan) from such a wonderful and gracious person. We will treasure the memories and photos from that last visit. I am so grateful that Grandma knew Christ as her Savior--and am rejoicing that she is celebrating with Him in glory now! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Reuben Brooks Esther was my mother-in-law. I visited her faithfully every summer, even though I had to drive or fly from Tennessee to do it. She was very precious to me and I will miss her. But I am glad that she is now completely well. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Rachel Pelsue What a wonderful woman Esther was; she made you feel welcome. She always had a hug or a smile for you. I will miss her greatly as she was like a mother and friend to me. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Joyce Miriam Brooks I am so thankful for my Grandma Esther Carlson. She was always kind to us kids. I also cherish how faithful and kind she was to my Grandpa throughout the entire time he suffered from Alzheimer's disease, and how she regularly visited him in the care center--all the way in Minot. Grandma, I will miss you--but I'll be seeing you some day in the presence of our LORD. Love, Joyce --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
