Memories for Dora

From: Samantha Silva

I worked with Dora many times on 2S, she was so nice and friendly I loved every minute I spent with her, she was also very funny. She will be missed deeply. God bless you and your gamily through this difficult time.

I heard from my mom that Mrs. Baker (I'll always remember her as Mrs. Baker)passed. My thoughts are with you all. What wonderful memories I have of Mrs. Baker teaching me in kindergarten, in the hallway. A "Little Mother Hen" she was to such a large class as we had, 40 of us I'm thinking. I had a love of books even back then and she knew this as she was always handing me books to read. She and Red were always at the school, "fixtures" so to speak. I remember her at our high school graduation, calling each one of us by name. What a wonderful, wonderful lady...

I have many fond memories of Dora. Growing up and going to school with Carol,I stopped several times after school and was always greeted with a great smile and a warm welcome. I was very sad to hear of Dora's passing. My prays are with you all. Barb Hartleib.
