Diane was my mother's closest childhood friend and as their families grew up she was there for many of the most important moments of our lives. She was my mother's maid of honor and is forever young (and a little goofy) in that wedding photo. She gave me my first haircuts and was one of the few at my Monday morning wedding to Mark. It was always a good thing to see her smiling face and know she and my mom shared such a lasting friendship. I will always think of her as a sweet and caring person who gave to her family, her freinds and her work. Peace be with you all.
