We were so sad to learn of your loss. We hope you all find comfort in one another over the next several days as you celebrate life, love and family. I know from the way Morgan always talked about her Papa that he was a source of joy for everyone. Our thoughts are with you today and always.

Hi Marlys,
I am so sorry about your loss. I don't know if you knew about Vern,s passing on Aug. 23, 2007. So what I am saying here is that I know how difficult this time can be for a person. A lot of things we can fix, but death is one that we can not do anything about and that is what hurts. I know Vern and David talked a lot when they happened to see each other a long time ago. He enjoyed visiting with David. It seems the connection was with David's dad or something that they knew each other.
I don't know your situation or anything, but may our Lord be there to comfort you and help you through this. That seems to be the only way.
Thinking of you

Our sympathy is sent to the whole family. You were all special to us since Marlys was our child's teacher and Sara baby sat for our children. Such a wonderful family. Had planned to get to the fellowship but had a grandaughter who became ill and I had to get her to the doctor. Love to you all.

I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Dave. I know that we haven't gotten to spend a lot of time with you over the years, but the memories I have of Uncle Dave are of a very smart, funny and caring man. My thoughts are with all of you.

Althought I did not know David well, he and his wife Marlys were good friends of my Mother Dale and sister Nordell at Marion Heights condominium there in Minot. I on ocassion in 2005, home for vacation had the privlidge to meet David there at our home and enjoyed his company along with that of Marlys. He impressed me as a very kind man. He will truly be missed.
