Blaine W. Young • 1925 - 2005 Blaine W. Young, 80, Minot, ND, died Sunday, October 30, 2005, at a Minot hospital. Blaine William Young was born on February 3, 1925, the son of Christian and Edna (Winkler) Young in Minot, North Dakota. He entered the United States Navy on May 29, 1944, in Minot. He proudly served his country during WWII and was honorably discharged on April 13, 1946, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Blaine was married to Lisette (Napp) Myrhe on September 2, 1984, in Minot. Lisette passed away on November 29, 2000. Surviving family includes: cousin, Barbara Whitman, Aurora, IN;and nieces and nephews. Blaine was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lisette; sister, Eileen; and brother, Norman. Memorial Service: Thursday, November 10, 2005, at 4:00
