Tech Sgt. David E. Wyman
1969 - 2003 David was born on May 15, 1969, in Utica, NY, grew up in Deansboro, NY, and graduated from Waterville Central School in June, 1987, after which he immediately joined the United States Air Force. He completed both his basic and advanced training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, at which time he was accepted into the President's Honor Guard at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C., serving there as a ceremonial guardsman. Upon completion of that tour of duty he was accepted into the Space Command Elite Guard, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Subsequently, he also served tours of duty in Saudi Arabia and Incerlik, Turkey. In 1995, he was assigned to Minot Air Force Base and has resided in North Dakota since that time. An avid fisherman and hunter, a member of the Maxbass Fire Department as well as the Mouse River Pheasant Loop, and a "Harley" biker, David was never happier than when he lived in Maxbass. Survivors include his fiancee, Dawn Soto, her children,
Isaac and Christian of Maxbass, (whom David loved as his own),
Dawn's large and very loving family, his Dad and Mom, Richard
and Dorothy Harrington of Deansboro, NY, sisters Kristen Yorton,
(Tribune, Kansas) and Kimberly Harrington, (Deansboro, NY), a
brother, David R. Harrington of Vernon, NY, his "other"
father, Richard L. Wyman, Forestport, NY, paternal grandmother
Eloise In lieu of floral contributions, the family asks that
you consider donations to the Maxbass Fire Department. They also
ask that anyone who knew Dave give serious consideration to becoming
an organ donor when the time Baptized in the Lutheran faith, Dave's funeral will be held on Monday, March 24, 2003, at the English Lutheran Church, Maxbass, N.D. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2003,
from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Cremation will follow the services to be held in Deansboro
