Jacob W. Wolf 1924 - 2007 Jacob was born on August 28, 1924, the son of Joseph and Mary (Steffan) Wolf in Berwick, ND. He was raised and educated in the Berwick area, attending country schools. In October of 1943 he enlisted into the United States Navy. Proudly serving his country aboard the NTS Farragut, Idaho and the USS Eucalyptus, until his honorable discharge in March of 1945. Jacob was united in marriage to Theresia Duchsherer on June 19, 1946 in Karlsruhe, ND. They made their home in the Berwick area for a few years before moving to Burlington, ND, where Jacob was employed in the maintenance department with Civil Service at the Minot Air Force Base. Jacob retired in September of 1988. He enjoyed gardening, playing pinochle and solitaire, fishing and watching television. Jacob was a current member of the VFW and former member of the Moose Lodge, both of Minot. He is survived by: Wife of 61 years, Theresia Wolf,
