Noah Frank Williams • 2005 - 2006 Noah Frank Williams, 3 month old son of Michael and Teresa Williams, Minot Air Force Base, Minot, ND, died Thursday, January 24, 2006, in his home of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. He was born on October 12, 2005, in Minot, ND, the son of Michael and Teresa (Melton) Williams. Noah was a very happy baby and loved playing with his brothers, Tyler, Toby and Sam. Survivors: parents, Michael and Teresa Williams, Minot Air Force Base; brothers, Tyler, Toby and Sam Williams at home with Mom and Dad; maternal grandparents, Frank and Peggy Melton, Springfield, OR; paternal grandmother, Sherrie Fann, Yoncalla, OR; maternal great-grandmother, Ilene Higbee, Springfield, OR; paternal great-grandmother, Doris Fann, Yoncalla, OR; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Dewayne Higbee and paternal great-grandfather, Norman Fann. Funeral Service: Monday, January 30, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Evangelical Free Church, Minot.
