Clara Violet Wick 1910 - 2002 Clara Violet Mary Wick, 93, 2016 Parkside Dr. Minot, died Sunday, June 23, 2002, at her residence of natural causes. She was born August 12, 1910, in Great Stone Township, rural Benedict, ND, the daughter of Christ and Julia (Muslin) Ash. She was reared and educated in Great Stone Township. She married Norman Wick on October 28, 1935 the couple married in Bismarck, ND. After their marriage they returned to Great Stone Township and took over the Ash's family farmstead. Clara took care of both her parents until the time of their death. In 1984, the couple moved to Minot. Norman died on September 7, 1990, in Minot. She was a member of Great Stone Baptist Church, Benedict and served on the ladies aide. She attended Immanuel Baptist Church, Minot. Clara loved visiting with friends, laughing and gardening in her spare time. Survivors, nephew, Pete Teselsky, Clio, Michigan; sisters-in-law, Irene and Ruth Wick; and nine great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman, parents, two brothers, John and Emil, sister, Lydia Teselsky and two infant sisters. Funeral Service: Thursday, June 27, 2002, at 10 a.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church, Minot Visitation: Wednesday, June 26, 2002, from Noon until 7 p.m. at the Thompson-Larson funeral Home, Minot Burial: Great Stone Cemetery, rural Benedict, ND. Burial will take place at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2002. Officiant: Rev.
