Ann Wherley 1915 - 2007

Ann Wherley, 91, Minot, died Monday, January 1, 2007 in a Minot nursing home.

Ann was born June 27, 1915 on the family farm near Max, ND, to Seazon and Mary (Bispalko) Pardon. She was raised and educated in that area.

On December 19, 1935, Ann married Royal Wherley in Mohall. Following their marriage they lived in Minot where Ann worked various jobs. Royal died in October of 1976. She continued to live in Minot and helped care for her four grandsons who were very special to her. In August of 2003 she entered Trinity Homes in Minot.

Ann was a loving mother, special grandmother and a good homemaker. She loved animals and her dog, "Tiggie" was special to her. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Minot.

Survivors: Daughters, Darlene (Greg) Davis, Coupeville, WA, Shirley (Ernie) Hoelscher, and Mary Lou Lyght, all of Minot; 11 grandchildren, Brent, Michael, Scott, Shawn, Sue, Kelley, Debbie, Wayne, Sheree, Kenneth and Bruce; 22 great-grandchildren, Rachel, Janelle, Nikki, Jimmie, Joshua, Jaden, Brock, Amanda, Sheldon, Shawna, Jody, Ernie, Darrell, Brandon, Garrett, DeAndrea, Erika, Alyssa, Kaylin, Julianna, Maryn and Macy; three great-grandchildren, Faith, Elizabeth and Cameron; sisters, Evelyn Gerling, Williston, and Lillian Short, Denver, CO; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband; sons, Ronnie and Wallace; her parents; sisters, Lena Strilcov, Irene Pardon, Katie Storm, Emma Schwenke; brothers, Mike, George, Frank, Daniel and James Pardon.

There will be no reviewal or visitation, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held later in the spring of 2007 at Rosehill Memorial Park in Minot.
