Jerry O. Weatherly 1946 - 2004

Jerry O. Weatherly, 57, 115 6th St. NE, Apt. 2, Minot, died Sunday, February 22, 2004 in a Minot nursing home.

Jerry was born in Minot, ND, on March 2, 1946, to Raymond T. and Clara (Olson) Weatherly. He attended Minot Public Schools. He worked as a truck driver for Atlas Ready Mix and Minot Paving Company, both of Minot. He married Minnie Roy on March 25, 1967. They lived and raised their family in Minot. They later divorced. He worked for the Minot Public Schools as a custodian for over 20 years, working at many Minot area schools. He retired due to ill health in 2002. He remained living in Minot until the time of his death.

He was a member of the Service Employees Local #52 Union and the Minot Labor Temple. In his spare time, he loved to fish and was an avid cap collector.

Survivors: four children, Lisa Lindquist, Christie (Manny) Hanson, Cindy (Jared) McCauley, and William (Buffy) Weber, all of Minot; 14 grandchildren, Jesse and Tanner Lindquist, Michael, Steven, Carly, Ashley, Eric and Kaylee Hanson, Vincent, Leonard, Cody and Jordan McCauley, and William Jr. and Nicholas Weber; brother, Lanny Weatherly, Minot; sister, Cheryl (Lyle) Ulledahl, Minot; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Funeral Service: Friday, February 27, 2004, 1:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church, Minot.

Visitation: Thursday, February 26, 2004, from noon to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
