Victor Thomas Voeller 1956 - 2004 Victor Thomas Voeller, 48, Grand Forks, ND, formerly of Minot, ND, died Friday, October 1, 2004, in a Northwood, ND, Hospital of injuries sustained in a fall September 3 in Grand Forks. Victor was born June 21, 1956 in Minot to Roy and Lena (Volk) Voeller. He was raised and educated in Minot. In 1977, he moved to Dickinson, where he worked in the oil fields and later in construction. He moved to St. Cloud, Minnesota in 1990, where he worked in construction for 12 years. He moved to Grand Forks in 2002, where he was employed with NorthStar Insulation at the time of his death. Victor was a avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting trapping and nature. He especially liked bow-hunting. He loved drawing and woodworking. The love of his life was spending time with his sons and dedicated his life to Michael and Brandon of Dickinson. They survive their father along with his parents Roy and Lena Voeller of Minot, brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald Voeller of Minot, Randy and Lisa Voeller of Minot, Frank and Brenda Voeller of Mandan, Kenneth Voeller of Fargo; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and Leonard Volk of Fargo, Jeannette and John Marsland of Colorado Springs, Colorado. A number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by nephew, Shannon Voeller. Funeral: St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot, on Tuesday,
