Gladys "Bunny"
Tysdal • 1904 - 2002 Gladys "Bunny" Tysdal, 98, Mohall, formerly of Flaxton, died Tuesday, November 19, 2002, in the Good Samaritan Home in Mohall. Gladys was born November 9, 1904, on a farm at Woburn, ND, the daughter of Edward and Hulda Marks. She graduated from Bowbells High School in May of 1921. She married John Peterson on January 3, 1922. John died in 1954. She later married Orville Tysdal in Texas. They lived and managed a trailer park in Weslaco, Texas for 20 years. Orville died in the early 1980's. Gladys retired and moved to Flaxton. She was living in the Good Samaritan Home in Mohall for the past 21 months. Survivors: Sons, Raymond (Agnes) Peterson, Bowbells and Robert Peterson, Minot; daughters, Betty (Richard) Frick, Minot, and Beverly Schneider, Portland, OR; 16 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren; sisters, Vi Song, Mesa, AZ, and Frances Hollar, Billings, MT. Memorial Service: Saturday, November 23, 2002, at 2:00 p.m., at the Good Samaritan Home in Mohall, ND. There will be a memorial service in Flaxton and interment
of the ashes in the Bowbells Cemetery in the spring. |
