Christopher P. Taylor • 19- 2006 Chris was born on February 27, 1972, in Minot, ND, the son of Perry W. and Marjorie Jean (Haakenstad) Taylor. He was born and raised in Minot and confirmed at First Lutheran Church, Minot. He attended Sunnyside Elementary, Jim Hill Middle School and graduated from Minot High School in 1990. Chris attended Minot State University. He owned and operated Chris's Flooring Installation and most recently had been working on oilrigs in Tolley, ND and Dickinson. Chris loved to hunt and fish with his many friends in his spare time. Survivors: mother, Marjorie Taylor, Minot; father, Perry Taylor, Minot; brothers, Michael Taylor, Jamestown, ND and Eric Taylor, Minot; maternal grandparents, Shirley and Duane Haakenstad, Minot; several aunts, uncles and cousins and his dog Stormy. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Edward and Elmira Taylor. Funeral Service: Monday, October 23, 2006, at 1 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, Minot. Visitation: Today, Sunday, October, 22, 2006 from Noon until 5 p.m. at the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
