Louella D. Manske Tangsrud
• 1932 - 2009 Louella Deloris Reichenberger was born October 16, 1932 in Drake, ND, to August and Martha (Dockter) Reichenberger. At the age of 12 she moved with her family to a farm south of Velva, ND, and she attended country school for 8 years. Louella worked at various places, which included being a nanny and housekeeper for a couple of families, and she worked at Trinity Hospital for 9 ½ years. She later ran her own daycare for five years and then worked at Schatz Econo Stop Restaurant. Louella married Rueben Manske in Velva, ND, on May 7, 1961. He passed away a short time after in 1964. On May 28, 1972, Louella married Arne Hillman Tangsrud in Velva, ND. He passed away on May 3, 2002. Louella and Arne had one daughter, Jean Evonne Tangsrud. They lived and raised their daughter in Minot. She was a member of Southside Church of the Nazarene in Minot. Those who shared in her life, daughter, Jean Tangsrud, two grandsons, Michael and Nathan Mehlhoff, one granddaughter, Kylie Topolski, all of Minot; sister, Janice (Steve) Moen, Beulah; one niece and one nephew. Louella was preceded in death by her husbands, Rueben Manske and Arne Tangsrud; parents, August and Martha Reichenberger; sister, Bernice Reichenberger. Funeral: Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Southside Church of the Nazarene. Visitation: Wednesday, August 5, 2009 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot. Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND. Officiating Clergy: Rev.
