Trudy J. Schmidt, 819 Holiday Village, Minot, died Friday, May 16, 2003.

She was born on February 29, 1963, in Minot, ND to Wilbert and Laila (Olson) Schmidt. She was raised and educated in South Prairie and attended Minot High School.
She worked several years at the North Dakota State Fair. She enjoyed working with beads and crafts. Her favorite time of year was Christmas.

She was a member of Our Redeemer's Lutheran Brethren Church, Minot.

Survivors: Parents, Wilbert and Laila Schmidt, Minot; siblings, Loren Schmidt, Lynnwood, WA, Caroline Mitchell, Portland, OR, Connie Madden, Bandon, OR; sister-in-law, Jo Ann Schmidt; caregiver, Brenda Lee, Minot, and her cat Rowdy. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. Her grandparents and one brother, Allen Schmidt, preceded her in death.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Redeemer's Lutheran Brethren church, Minot, ND.

Visitation: Tuesday, May 20, 2003 from noon to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND.
