Evelyn Satterlund • 1930 - 2007 Evelyn Elaine Satterlund was born October 15, 1930, the daughter of Victor and Clara (Olson) Satterlund on the family farm located in Callahan Township of Renville County, rural Carpio, ND. She was raised on the family farm and attended Callahan Township School #2. She attended high school in Lansford and then in Tolley, ND. As a young adult, she assisted her parents with the operation of the family farm. In 1948, she moved to Minot with her parents. She was a caretaker for them and also for her brother, Donald. Following the death of her parents and brother, she continued to reside in Minot. She was a former member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Greene, ND and was currently a member of Augustana Lutheran Church, Minot, where she taught Sunday school and sang in the church choir. Surviving family includes: brother, Marvin (Margery) Satterlund, rural Donnybrook, ND; sisters, Delores (Jim) Scanlon, New Braunfels, TX, and Marjorie (Roy) Clark, Williston, ND; and numerous nieces and nephews. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Eunice Satterlund; brothers, Edward and Donald Satterlund. Funeral: Thursday, May 17, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Augustana
