• 1945 - 2005 Shirley Thompson Russell, 60, 305 8th Ave. NE, Minot, died Saturday, December 24, 2005, in a Minot nursing home. She was born on December 4, 1945, in Tacoma, WA. She moved to Minot at a young age and attended Minot public school She married Allen Barry Russell on November 1, 1966, in Minot. The couple moved to Missouri for a time, living in Springfield and Joplin. They returned to Minot with their family and in December of 1996, moved to Sacramento, CA. Allen died on June 1, 2000, in Minot while visiting family. Survivors: daughters, Treava Hegle, Robin Russell and Marsha Russell all of Minot; son, Christopher Russell, Minot; grandchildren, Gannon and Jamie Olson, Heather and Delores Hegle, Isiah and Alexis Russell and Gage Russell. Funeral Service: Friday, December 30, 2005, at 1 p.m. at the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home Chapel, Minot. Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
