Curtis Lee Reimche 1950 - 2006

Curtis Lee Reimche, 56, Minot, died Saturday, December 9, 2006 in a Minot hospital.

Curtis was born May 2, 1950 in Harvey, ND to Roy and Esther (Bich) Reimche. He grew up on the family farm south of Harvey. He attended grade school in Martin and finished school in Harvey.

He married Sylvia Fossen on October 6, 1973 in Fessenden, ND.

As a young man Curtis worked at Roble Chevrolet Garage in Harvey.

He moved to Minot in 1972, and worked at Bill's 66 gas station, Blesener Olds and for the past 28 years at Mattson Construction.

He was a member of the Congregational United Church of Christ Minot. He was also a member of the Eagle's Club in Harvey and the Souris River Riders Motorcycle Club in Minot.

Survivors: Wife of 33 years, Sylvia, Minot; sons, Tracy of Bismarck and Troy of Fargo; one granddaughter, Kendra of Minot; sister, Geraldine (Dallas) Knodel, Dilworth, MN; brothers, Gerald (Diane) Reimche, Harvey, Duane (Elaine) Reimche, Harvey, Jerome (Mary) Reimche, Moorhead, MN and Daniel (Karen) Reimche, Harvey; many nieces, nephews and special friends survive.

Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Esther.

Funeral: Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 2:00 p.m., at the Congregational United Church of Christ, Minot.

Visitation and Prayer service: Monday, December 11, from noon to 7:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., all at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND.
