Elsie Irene Reeves, 95, Lincoln, NE, formerly of Minot, died Thursday, May 22, 2008 in a Lincoln hospital.

Elsie Hausauer was born July 22, 1912 to Gust and Katie (Schott) Hausauer in Eureka, S.D.

She was united in marriage to Joe P. Reeves on December 15, 1932 and moved to Minot, ND in 1942. Together they founded Reeves Refrigeration and Heating Supply, Inc., a business she continued until age 90.

Elsie was a member of Vincent United Methodist Church, Germans from Russia, Quota Club, Republican Women, Chamber of Commerce and Association and a member of Military Engineers and Home Builders Association. She was also a member and officer of local and national Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Wholesale Associations.

Elsie is survived by daughters: JoNell Samson, Wilton, ND; DeLores (Ron) Poling, Minot, ND; son: James (Marjorie) Reeves, Lincoln, NE; 11 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents, husband, Joe; son, Meredith; brother, Arthur and granddaughter, Sandra Erie.

Funeral Service: Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Vincent United Methodist Church, Minot.

Visitation: Wednesday, May 28, 2008, (today) from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Minot, ND.

Memorials are preferred to the donor's choice.
