Burnette Reed • 1930 - 2008 Burnette was born on January 5, 1930 in Casper, Wyoming, a daughter of Oscar and Grace (Reed) Young. While she was a teenager, she moved to Laramie, Wyoming where she lived until April of 2003, when she moved to Minot to be near her family. While in Minot she lived at the Henry Towers, Edgewood Vista and the Trinity Nursing Home. She loved to volunteer and help people. She spent a lot of time visiting with family. Burnette loved to shop, read, sing, dance, going to church and reading her bible. Burnette is survived by her daughter, Colette (Robert ) Bahr, Minot; three grandchildren Kayla (Rob) Jackson, Germany, Jessica and Justin Bahr both of Minot; great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Rae Jackson, (three weeks old) Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Clifford Reed, Gladys Reed, Clarice Phillips, Doris Tyler, Donald Reed, and Ralphy Reed. Memorial Service: Monday, July 28, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND Burial: Privately at a later time in Wyoming. Visitation: There will be no reviewal, but friends
may sign a register book prior to the service at the funeral
