Daniel F. "Boone" Randash • 1941 - 2003

Daniel F. "Boone" Randash, 61, Minot, died Monday, May 19, 2003 in his home.

He was born on December 19, 1941, in Bottineau County near Mohall, ND, to William and Florence (Medler) Randash. He served in the United States Army in Korea during his tour from February 17, 1966 through November 18, 1967.

Daniel was once married to Carol (Bloom) Randash.

Survivors: two sons, Troy (Jeanie) Randash and Lenny Randash,; two grandchildren, T.J. and Matthew Randash,; ex-wife, Carol Randash, all of North Judson, IN; two brothers, William (Marilyn) Randash, Surrey, and Rodney (Linda) Randash, Stevensville, MT; two sisters, Peggy (Leroy) Schweitzer, Berthold, ND, and Linda Randash, Minot; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. His parents and brother, Larry Randash preceded him in death.

Funeral Service: Saturday, May 24, 2003, 2:00 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, Surrey, ND.

Visitation: Friday, May 23, 2003, from noon to 7:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND.

Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Minot, ND.

Officiant: Rev. Don Andrews, chaplain of Trinity Health
