Nadeen Pierson 1926 - 2011 Nadeen Frye was born on October 24, 1926, a daughter of Godfrey and Verbena (Talley) Frye in Cavalier, ND. She was raised and attended grade school west of Glenburn. Nadeen received her GED from Miles Community College in Miles City, MT. On July 26, 1943, Nadeen was united in marriage to Robert Pierson in Plentywood, MT. Throughout the years, they made their home in Newburg, Glenburn and Minot, where Nadeen worked as a cook and sales clerk. Later they moved to Miles City, MT, where employment with Mayo Brothers/Portable Pavers allowed them to move where construction jobs took them. Robert died September 9, 2001. Following his death, she continued to live in Minot. Nadeen enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, playing the organ, cooking, sharing recipes and reading. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Minot. She is survived by: Nadeen was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, son Milo, sisters Dorothy, Inez, Bernice, Bertha, brothers Roy, Orville and Harvey.
