Alice J. Olstad • 19 - 2008 Alice Jeanette Jensen was born December 10, 1943, in Valley City, ND, the daughter of Hjalmer and Myrtle (Sorensen) Jensen. She was raised and educated in Valley City and graduated from Valley City High School in 1961. On July 6, 1962 Alice married Brent Olstad in Valley City. Following their marriage they lived in Valley City, Fargo, ND, Minneapolis, MN, Duluth, MN and then moved back to Valley City for a time before moving to Minot. Alice loved her family and truly enjoyed spoiling and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends. Those who shared in her life, Husband, Brent, Minot; son, William Olstad, Finley, ND; daughter, Sherrie Olstad, Minot; six grandchildren, Alyson, Carly, Demi, Lindy, Alex and Allan; two brothers and one sister; numerous nieces and nephews. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Hjalmer and Myrtle Jensen. Funeral: Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Minot. Visitation: Monday, May 26, 2008, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot. Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Minot, ND. Officiant: Rev.
