Alvina Marquart • 1939 - 2003 Alvina Marquart, 64, Minot, died Wednesday, November 12, 2003, in a Minot hospital. Alvina was born February 24, 1939, in Fargo, ND. She was raised and educated in Orrin, ND, and later moved to Minot, where she since had lived. Alvina was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot. She loved gardening, baking, cooking, canning and had a great love for people. Survivors: A host of family and friends. Memorial Mass: Saturday, November 15, 2003, at 10:30 a.m., at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND. Visitation: There will be no reviewal, but friends may sign the register Saturday, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial: A private burial will take place at Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND, in the spring.
