David Lochthowe 1959 - 2008 David Henry Lochthowe was born December 7, 1959, a son of James and Arlowene (Kocher) Lochthowe, in Minot. He was raised on the family farm four miles east of Surrey, along with his seven siblings. He graduated from Surrey High School in 1979. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Leo's Catholic Church and attended services with his father whenever possible. Following his high school graduation, he started driving truck for various companies which took him to Utah for many years traveling thru the Midwest and central states. He also lived and worked in Williston and most recently was employed as a truck driver for SunPrairie Grain. David truly enjoyed the open roads and meeting new people, and when his dog, Tasha, was with him, all was well. He was kindhearted and such a great uncle. He truly enjoyed teasing and playing with his nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle, snowmobile, and fishing any time of the year with his cousin, Bruce, nephew, Billy and good friends. He was very thankful to have his uncle John and his family, classmates, and co-workers stop by and visit these last couple of months during his illness. His family includes: father, James Lochthowe, Minot; sisters, Marilynn (Arvid) Reimann, Minot, Janice (Tom) Hinzpeter, Minot, Beverly (Paul) Bauer, Minot, Sandra Poole, Minot, and Diane Voight, Jamestown; brothers, Richard (Leona) Lochthowe, Minot, and Lloyd (Roxann) Lochthowe, Norwich; daughter, Jessica, Minot; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
