Bonnie Jean Larson 1924 - 2004 Bonnie Jean Larson, 79, 314 5th St. NW, Minot, died Saturday, April 17, 2004, in a Minot hospital. Bonnie was born December 8, 1924, in Minot, ND, the daughter of Art and Maybelle (Barrett) Freund. She was raised and educated in Minot and lived all her life in Minot. She graduated from Minot High School in 1942. On January 10, 1944, she married Laurence James Larson in Minot. Bonnie was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church, Minot, and was a member of the Catholic Daughters and Confraternity of Christian Mothers in the church. She was an accomplished seamstress and a former member of the Minot Prairie Quilters. She was a State Fair blue ribbon winner for her quilting, and was a former member of the Professional Photographers of North Dakota. Survivors: Husband, Laurence, Minot; daughters, Marilyn (Jimmy) Craig, Charlotte, NC, and Cathy (Tim) Schumacher, Fargo, ND; sons, Dwight (Trina) Larson, Scottsdale, AZ, and Gregory (Patricia) Larson, Mesa, AZ; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Artice Freund and brother, Leroy Freund. Funeral: Tuesday, April 20, 2004, at 10:30 a.m., at Little Flower Catholic Church, Minot. Visitation and vigil prayer service: Visitation Monday, April 19, 2004, from noon to 7:00 p.m., with the vigil prayer service at 7:00 p.m., all at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND. Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND.
