Samuel M. Lakoduk, 65, Butte, ND, and Chicago Park, CA, died Sunday, January 15, 2012, in his home.

Samuel Mitchell Lakoduk was born on July 20, 1946, the son of Ralph and Jean (Robinson) Lakoduk, in Minot, ND.

Sam married Lisa J. Kelm May 12, 2004.

Surviving family includes: 
wife, Lisa, of Chicago Park, CA, and Butte, ND;
children, Charles Kelm, Forestville, CA, Lauren Sanzone, Alta Sierra, CA, Deanna Richardson, Millbrae, CA, and Sky Meyer, Chicago Park, CA,
four grandchildren; sister, Carol Martinez, Modesto, CA;
niece, Kimberly; nephew, Wes; aunts and cousins.

Sam was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Lakoduk; and step-father, John Marazzi.

Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life service will take place at later date in Butte, ND.
A private graveside service will take place in Butte Cemetery in June of 2012.
