Arthur Raymond Kerzman 1924 - 2003

Arthur Raymond Kerzman, 79, 305 8th Ave NE, Minot, died Saturday in a Minot nursing home.

He was born January 14, 1924, in Roseglen, ND, the son of John and Hildur (Kvaale) Kerzman. He was reared and educated in Roseglen. . On September 28, 1948, he married Lillian Lavina Berg in Washburn. He farmed in the Roseglen area for a time before moving to Minot where he worked at Red Owl, Sweetheart Bakery and Motor Service. They moved to Washington state and he worked at the Bremerton ship yards and also was a custodian for the Bethel School District in Tacoma, WA, retiring in 1990. His wife preceded him in death in October of 1982. He returned to Minot in 1993.

He was a member of the Eagles, Moose and the Labor Temple.

Survivors: son, Rodney P. (Arlis) Davick, Puyallup, WA; daughter, Nancy D. (Raymond) Cure, Puyallup; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Dennis Kerzman, Minot and Richard (Leann) Kerzman, Minneapolis, MN; sisters, Thelma Rickertt, Minot, Pearl Kolden, Kalispell, MT, Hildur Gartner, Turtle Lake, ND and Viola Golden, Escondido, CA and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian; parents, John and Hildur; brothers, Harold, Harlan, Robert, Glen and Clinton; six brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law.

Visitation: Monday from noon until 7 and Tuesday from 9 until service time at the funeral home.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot
