Theresa K. Iverson • 1927 - 2008 Theresa was born May 6, 1927 at Knox, ND to Joseph and Emelia (Thomas) Bertsch. She came to Minot with her family as a young girl, where she attended St. Leo's School. As a young adult she worked at several restaurants in Minot. She played piano in her father's dance band in her early years and other bands in the area as well. Over the years she continued to play and enjoy the piano and entertained at various family gatherings, as well as at the Minot senior citizen's center. Theresa married Edwin Iverson, June 23, 1947, and later divorced. They had three children. She moved to Fargo October, 2003 where she resided at the Villa Maria Care Center until her death. While in Minot she was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. She is survived by: She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Adeline Kerzman, Viola Krukenberg, and Leona Burns. Funeral: Friday, May 16, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot. Visitation and vigil prayer service: Visitation will be Thursday May 15, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a vigil prayer service Thursday at 7:00, all at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot. Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park.
