Clarice Hubsky, 78, Minot, ND, died Thursday, November 29, 2007, in a Minot nursing home.

Clarice Olive Moe was born June 17, 1929, the daughter of Christ and Olive (Jesme) Moe in Minot, ND. She was raised in the Foxholm/Carpio area. She attended school in Foxholm and then in Minot, graduating from Minot High School in 1947. She then attended business college.

Clarice married Arnold J. Hubsky April 4, 1954, in Carpio, ND. They made their home in the Sawyer/Velva area for a few years until they moved to Battleground, WA. Arnold passed away March 21, 1968.

Following her husband's death, she moved back to Velva, ND, where she continued to reside until 1977, when she moved to Minot. She had worked at Trinity Hospital, the Minot Post Office, Sears, St. Joseph's Hospital, and Allen Realty.

She was a very loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, who loved to laugh and enjoyed life to the fullest.

Her loving family includes: daughters, JoAnn Robbins, Nancy L. Hubsky, Cynthia L. (Melvin) Benjamin, Valerie G. Hubsky, and Rosalie F. Hubsky, all of Minot, and Lynn O. (Ike) Thornton, Davenport, IA; sons, Christopher M. Hubsky and Jonathan R. Hubsky, both of Minot;
14grandchildren, Randy Robbins, Kristin Hubsky, Jason Hubsky, Angela Benjamin, Kassandra (Christopher) Momerak, Bradley Hubsky, Alexis Hubsky, Christopher Hubsky, Jr., Heather Hubsky, Hannah Hubsky, Lara Hubsky, Kevin Lawson, Jacob Lawson, and Billy Lawson; 6 great-grandchildren, Kameron Hubsky, Darian Butler, Mercedes Butler, Olivia Butler, Alaina Hubsky, and Nickolas Momerak; sister, Marion Fredricksen, Minot; brother, Raymond Moe, Minot. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Clarice was preceded in death by her parents, Christ and Olive Moe; husband, Arnold; brothers, Burton Moe and Manfred Moe; and two infant children.

Funeral: Monday, December 3, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home Chapel, Minot.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND.

Visitation: Monday from 9 am to service time at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
