Mildred Hubler 1906 - 2005 Mildred Hubler, 99, Minot, formerly of Ryder, died Saturday, March 05, 2005 in a Minot Nursing home. Mildred Lewis was born January 17, 1906 in Linton ND, the daughter of Leslie and Mary Jane "Jennie" (Thompson) Lewis. She was reared and educated in the Ryder area. Following her high school graduation, Mildred attended and graduated from Minot State University. She taught school four miles south of Ryder for several years. On September 2, 1927, Mildred married Dr. Winfield E. Hubler in Bismarck, ND. They made their home in Ryder, where he was the dentist. Mildred assisted her husband in his dentistry until he retired in 1976. He was the Dentist in Ryder for 50 years. Dr. W.E. Hubler passed away on March 3, 1995. Mildred is remembered by her grandchildren for her wonderful apple pie, and her love of going camping, feeding the birds and the squirrels and being in the outdoors. She was a member of the Ryder Presbyterian Church. Mildred
entered the Trinity Nursing Home in January of 1998. Memorial Service: Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Trinity Nursing Home Visitation; There will be no reviewal, but friends may sign a register book Tuesday one hour prior to the Memorial service at the Trinity Nursing Home.
