Charles Housley 1938 - 2006 Charles Lee Housley was born on January 20, 1938, the son of Leland and Ruth (New) Housley in Farmington, Utah. He was raised in Roy, UT, Pocatello, ID, and Ogden, UT. He graduated from Weber High School, Ogden, UT, in 1956. He then attended Weber State University, Ogden, UT, where he received his Associate of Arts Degree. Charley enlisted in the United States Marine Corps on February 1, 1956. He was honorably discharged on January 31, 1962. Charley was married to Heather Campbell on August 31, 1963. They made their home in Pasadena, CA. They were later divorced. Charlie moved to Minot in 1986. He attended First Assembly of God, Minot, and most recently had attended Vincent United Methodist Church, Minot. He enjoyed electronics and arranging music. Surviving family includes: sons, James (Shandra) Housley, Winlock, WA, and Robert (Susan) Housley, Salt Lake City, UT; nine grandchildren; brother, Lester Housley, Oakland, CA; sister, Leah Taylor, Salt Lake City, UT. Nieces and nephews also surive. Charley was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Roxanne Brown. Funeral: Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. at
Vincent United Methodist Church, Minot. Music: Joe Robillard to offer, "Because He Lives"
