Richard Wayne Holisky 1952- 2004

Richard Wayne Holisky, 51, 310 2nd St SE #1403, Minot, died Thursday, April 8, 2004 at a Minot hospital.

He was born on June 9, 1952, in Bottineau, ND, the son of Fred and Alice (Olson) Holisky. He was reared and educated in Newburg.

Richard moved to Minot where he was employed as a grounds keeper at the North Dakota State Fair Ground for 9 years, Minot Vocational Work Shop for over one year and most recently with Mid Dakota Security Agency, Minot.

Richard was in the process of working towards his General Equivalence Degree.

He was a member of Second Story in Minot and he loved collecting various items such as miniature cars and miniature eighteen-wheelers

Survivors: companion, Linda Hart, Minot; brother, James (Linda) Holisky, Minot, sisters, Linda (Eugene) Johnson, Minot, and Sharon (Marvin) Monson, West Fargo, ND, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Funeral Service: Monday, April 12, 2004, at 10 a.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot

Visitation: Sunday, April 11, 2004, from Noon until 5 p.m. at the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.

Memorials are preferred to Second Story 11-B Main St. South, Minot.
