Rose E. Hennes 1910 - 2002 Rose E. Hennes, 92, 706 26 Ave SE, Minot, died Thursday in a Minot hospital. She was born November 17, 1910, in Sheridan, OR, to Charles and Mary (Botz) Kelly. She was raised on the family farm south of Minot. On March 31, 1932, she married Frank Joseph Hennes at St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot. She and Frank lived on a farm in the Granville Towner areas. In 1938, the couple moved to Minot. Rose was employed at Saunders Drug for several years then she worked for Super Valu and later Erna's Café. Frank passed away on September 18, 1983. She had been residing at Edgewood Vista in Minot at the time of her death. She was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot. Rose was very witty and had a sense of humor until her last days. She loved her family and spent a lot of time with her special friend, Palma Schoenwald. Survivors: daughter, Ann Loder (LeRoy), Tucson, AZ; sons, Joseph Hennes (Margaret), Minot and Mike Hennes (Penny), Rochester, MN; daughter-in-law, Shirley Haugen (Bob), Minot; 13 grandchildren, John Loder (Elizabeth), Bruce Loder (Liz), James Loder (Jennifer), Kim Skar and friend Roger Henrich, Nancy Paulson (Tom), Dave Hennes, Kari Seelig (Keith), Lori Romine (Darin), Tim Hennes, Carl Blanz (Deb), Stephanie Shaw and friend Jeff Etzel, Paula Blanz, Roberta "Bobbie" Blanz and friend Matthew Ackerman; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; special niece, Betty Eman. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank; son, James Hennes; daughter, Arlynn Blanz; parents and nine brothers and sisters. Mass of Christian Burial: Monday, 10:30 a.m. at St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot. Rosary Recitation: Sunday, 5:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
