Elaine Heath • 1944 - 2006 Elaine Harlene Phillips was born on October 11, 1944, the daughter of Joy Phillips in Rugby, ND. She was raised and educated in Towner, graduating from Towner High School in 1962. Elaine was formerly married to Dennis Heath. They lived in Billings, MT, for a short time before returning to North Dakota. They made their home in Minot, ND, where she was employed by Minot Head Start as a food assistant for the last 17 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and loved spending time with her children and her cat, Sylvester. Surviving family includes: mother, Joy Phillips, Towner, ND; daughters, Jody Jacobson, Minot, Cody Heath, Phoenix, AZ; son, Travis Heath, Minot; brother, John (Lesley) Phillips, Beulah, ND; niece, Heather (Chris) Lundeen; nephew, Brad (Shelagh) Phillips. Funeral: Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at 1:00 p.m.
