Constance Gail Hansen • 1938 - 2002 Constance Gail Hansen, 64, #6 16th Ave SE, Minot, died Sunday, December 29, 2002 in a Minot hospital. She was born June 18, 1938, in Grand Forks, ND, to Jim and Edel Norgart. She was reared and educated in Glaston, ND and at the age of 10 moved to Minot with her family. She attended school in Minot and then stayed home to help raise the family following her father's death. She was once married Melvin Houston. She married Haven Hansen in Minot and they made their home in Deering. He died in the early 1970's. Constance later moved into Minot, where she has since lived. She was a former member of the Deering Lutheran Church. She enjoyed baking, hunting, fishing and camping and was very fond of Bluegrass Music. Survivors: daughter, Kim (Calvin) Fredrickson, Minot; sons, Melvin "Jim" (Hayley) Houston and Tim Houston, all of Minot; step-son, Randy (Renee) Hansen, Bismarck; step-daughter, Sandy (Richard) Bloms, Glenburn; 10 grandchildren, Khris Fredrickson, Patti Fredrickson, Kory Houston, Markie Houston, Sarah Hansen, Jessica Hansen, Mitchell Bloms, Jeffrey Bloms, Richard Bloms and Brian Bloms; one great-grandson, Dylan Reum; mother, Edel Norgart, Minot; brothers, Nicholas Norgart, New Zeeland and Thomas Norgart, California; sister, Sandra (Gary) Larson, Cando and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Haven Hansen and her father, Jim Norgart. Funeral: Friday, 10:30 a.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church, Minot. Visitation: Thursday from noon until 7:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot. Burial: Friday at 1:30 p.m., at Spring Valley Cemetery,
