Kenneth Glendenning 1949 - 2007 Kenneth was born on April 25, 1949 in New Martinsville, WV, the son of Ovid Kenneth Glendenning of New Martinsville, WV and Elva Lee (Holbrook) Glendenning-Mills of Hudsonville, MI, originally Letitia, KY. He married Roberta "Bobbi" (Lider) Butler in Virginia City, NV. Bobbi was originally from Sacramento CA. He and Roberta moved to North Dakota from Canyonville, OR, where they lived for one year. They spent many years in Carson City, NV. Surviving relatives include his two children, William Bryan (wife-Cynthia) Glendenning of Fort Campbell, KY and Christina Jean Glendenning Tomkins of Grand Junction, CO. (both originally from McNeal, AZ.) seven grandchildren: Tori Jade, Brandy Shay, Kelly Ann Marie (Ickes-adopted), William Bryan Glendenning Jr., Briana Marie Glendenning, Caleb Nathan Brown, Kendra Nicole Tomkins, siblings, half sisters, Wanda Jean (Glendenning) Stillwagoner and Betty Braxton (Glendenning) Cook both of New Martinsville, WV., sisters: Joann (husband-Arden) Glendenning Pickering of Kenmare, ND, Shirley Ann (Glendenning-Mills) (husband-Thomas) Rynhout-McDonald, of Sparta, MI (both born Wheeling, WV.) half sisters: Sheila Mae (Mills) (husband-Michael) Standish-Demorest of Grand Rapids, MI, Freda Lousie(Mills) (husband-William) Trottier-Thurston of Petosky, MI, and step-father Fred Wheeler Mills of Wellston, MI. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Ovid and Elva and a half sister Wanda Jean. Kenneth's wish was to be cremated and his ashes will be scattered
at Lake Tahoe, NV. |
