James L. Flemming 1941 - 2007 James was born on March 7, 1941 the son of Frances and Berniece (Zietz) Flemming, in Minot. He was raised and educated in the Minot area, attending Minot Public Schools. On July 20, 1964, he was united in marriage to Judith Sandhofner in Minot. Following their marriage, they lived in Minot, where James worked as a mechanic for Highway Corners Gas Station, Fisher Motors and Harry's Tire Service, all of Minot. Judith died May 9, 1995. James was a member of the Eagles Club of Minot. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling. He is survived by: Daughter: Marietta (Rod) Ehnen, Mechanicsville, Md; Son: James H. Flemming, Minot, ND; Two grandchildren: Rodney and Drew Ehnen: Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. James was preceded in death by his parents; wife Judith; brothers, Francis "Corky" Flemming, Robert "Bob" Flemming, sister: JoAnn Newman; and numerous aunts and uncles. Visitation: Wednesday, June 13, 2007 from noon until 7 p.m. at the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
