Margaret S. "Peggy" Feist, 71, Minot, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007 in a Minot hospital.

Margaret S. Nasner was born September 15, 1935 in Williston, ND, the daughter of Frank F. and Minnie B. (Rubish) Nasner. She was raised and educated in Williston through the eighth grade. She then moved to Minot and graduated from Minot High School. Following graduation she attended Trinity School of Nursing in Minot.

On November 22, 1958, Margaret married Paul A. Feist at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Minot. They made their home in Minot, where Peggy worked as a nurse for a short time before staying at home to raise their family.

Peggy was a member of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, Minot, and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers.

Those who shared in her life, Husband, Paul Feist, Minot; sons, Frank (Kimberly) Feist, Elk Grove, CA, John Feist, San Bernardino, CA, and William Feist, Burbank, CA; daughters, Jean (Rick) Offerman, Burlington, ND, Monica (Kenneth) Perry, Minot, Anita Feist, Minot, Laura Feist, Ahwatukee, AZ, and Diana Gale, Bettendorf, IA; 10 grandchildren; brothers, William (Joan) Nasner and Edward Nasner, all of Williston; numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Peggy was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa A. Feist; her parents, and one sister, Ruth Houff.

Funeral: Monday, August 6, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, Minot.

Visitation and vigil prayer service: Visitation will be Sunday, from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church with the vigil prayer service Sunday at 4:30 at the church.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND.

Memorials are preferred to St. John the Apostle Catholic Church or Trinity Hospice, both in Minot.
