Jeffrey R. Dignan • 1974- 2006 Jeff was born April 9, 1974 in Kenmare, ND, the son of Ron and Cathrine (Matte) Dignan. Jeff attended school in Bowbells and graduated in 1992. At the time of his death he worked for Gerry Knutson as a mechanic at Knutson Auto Repair. Through out the years he also worked at the Pot Ash Plant and as a carpenter. Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with family and friends. He once enjoyed bicycling and rode his bike across the United States. Jeff was a member of the Bowbells Fire Department. He is survived by his Father, Ron (Linda Chelgren) Dignan, Kenmare; maternal grandparents, Oscar and Joyce Matte, Bowbells; paternal grandmother, Mary Dignan, Kenmare; aunts and uncles, Greg (Barb) Matte, Bowbells, Kevin (Patty Patterson) Dignan, Wheatridge, CO, Tom (Deb) Dignan, Tioga, Kathy Dignan, Williston, and Tim Dignan, Kenmare, and many cousins. Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Cathy, and paternal grandfather, Jack Dignan. Memorial Service: Saturday, April 29, 2006 at 2:00 p.m., at United Methodist Church, Bowbells. There will be no reviewal, but friends may sign the register Saturday one hour prior to the service in the church. Burial: A private burial will be held at the Bowbells Cemetery. Officiant: Rev.
