Irene E. Chrest • 1915 - 2002 Irene E. Chrest, 88, 513 Westside Dr., Bowbells, ND, died January 22, 2003, in a Mohall nursing home. She was born January 11, 1915, in Bowbells, ND, the daughter of Albert and Cora (Dahl) Luckman. She was reared and educated in the Bowbells area. She married Floyd Chrest Sr. on February 10, 1934, in Bowbells. The couple farmed in the Bowbells area. Floyd Sr. died on December 28, 1978. Survivors: daughters, Mary Lou Martin, Mohall, ND, and Cora Lea Burgett, Minot; son Floyd Chrest Jr., Washburn, ND; 15 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; three brothers, ; four sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service: Saturday, June 14, 2003, at 11 a.m. at United Methodist Church, Bowbells. Burial of cremains will take place at the Bowbells Community Cemetery, Bowbells.
