Albert Raymond Chaska • 1950 - 2010 Albert was born June 21, 1950 in Beach, ND, to Raymond and Eleanor (Johnson) Chaska. He was raised in Beach and graduated from Beach High School. Following graduation he moved to Minot and attended Minot Business College. Albert began employment at Nash Finch Company in Minot, and worked there until 2004, when ill health forced him to retire. Albert was united in marriage to Trina Miller on October 15, 1983 and they made their home in Minot. Albert played in different bands over the years. His enjoyment in life was hunting and fishing, and he was an avid Twins and Vikings fan. Those who shared in his life, wife, Trina and daughter, RaeAnne Chaska, both in Minot; father, Raymond Chaska, Beach, ND; mother-in-law, Madeline Miller, Minot; sisters-in-law, Susan Pederson and Marilyn (Jim) Haider, all of Minot, and Teresa (Terry) Possen, Billings, MT; uncles, Lyle Chaska, Robert and Tom Johnson; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Albert was preceded in death by his mother, Eleanor Chaska. Funeral: Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot, ND. Visitation: Friday, May 21, 2010, from 2:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot. Vigil Prayer Service: Friday at 7:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Minot, ND.
