Justin David Brummett • 1920 - 2003

Justin David Brummett, 21, 122-3 Sherwood Circle, MAFB, died Friday, August 1, 2003, in a Minot Hospital.

Justin was born on December 24, 1981, the son of David and Kathleen (Schultheis) Brummett. He was reared and educated in Newport, Kentucky and attended Holy Spirit Elementary school and graduated from Newport Central Catholic High School in 2000. He entered the United States Air Force in December of 2001 and served his basic training in San Antonio, Texas. Upon completing his tech school in Texas, he was stationed at Minot Air Force Base.

On November 28, 2001 in Newport, Kentucky, he married Amanda "Mandy" Raleigh.

Survivors: wife, Amanda, MAFB; son, Joshua Brummett, MAFB; parents, Kathleen and Paul Kauffman, Newport, Kentucky and David and Ida Brummett, Newport, Kentucky; brothers and sisters, Amy Baldwin and her husband, John, Covington, Kentucky, Kaitlyn Kauffman, Newport, Kentucky and a brother, Joshua Kauffman, who preceded him in death; stepbrother, David Mueller, Newport, Kentucky; grandparents, Mary Schultheis, Newport, Jean Brummett, Covington, Kentucky and Paul and Dee Kaufmann, Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania.

Memorial Service: Thursday, August 7, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Northern Lights Chapel at Minot Air Force Base.

Funeral Mass: Tuesday, August 12, 2003, at 10 a.m. at Holy Spirit Parish, Newport, Kentucky.

Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial: St. Stephens Cemetery, Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
