Donald John Browne • 1967 - 2009 Donald was born on November 17, 1967, in Fargo, ND. He was adopted at the age of ten (10) by Robert and Ferral (Benjamin) Browne. He was educated in Minot and graduated from Minot High School in 1988. Over the years, Donny had various jobs in Minot and at the Minot Air Force Base. He also worked for the Minot Vocational Workshop. Donny was an avid sports fan and was a walking encyclopedia for sports statistics when it came to football and basketball, which were his favorites. He loved life and would do anything for family and friends. He inherited a keen sense of humor from his father, and he loved to laugh and joke even if he was on the receiving end of the humor. Donald was a member of Glenburn Baptist Church, Glenburn. Survivors: companion for 10 years, Rae Randa, Minot; parents, Robert and Ferral (Benjamin) Browne, Glenburn; brothers, Robert O. ( Lonna) Browne; Michael D. Browne, Carrollton, TX; sisters, Keely D. Browne, Phoenix, AZ, Donna (Toby) Goodbird, Pierre, SD and Tanya (Kevin) Caruso, Lodi, CA. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. His funeral will be on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church, Minot. Prayer Service: Monday, February 16, 2008 at 6 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot. Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND Visitation: Monday, noon til 6 p.m. at the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND Memorials are preferred to Immanuel Baptist Church, Minot.
